Privacy Policy

Numeranks (numeranks.com) computes numerological charts and resonance scores. This policy explains what personal data we process, why, and your rights. It should be read together with the Terms of Use.

• Account data: your name, email address and profile image, as provided by Google when you sign in.
• Chart data you provide about yourself: name, date of birth and optionally gender, used to compute your Numerograph. For visitors who are not signed in, these details are stored only in a cookie in your own browser.
• Circle chart data: names, dates of birth and optional details of people whose charts you choose to add. You are the source of this data and responsible for being entitled to use it.
• Technical data: IP address and request metadata, used for security and rate limiting.

• for internal, aggregated analytics that do not identify you.

We do not sell personal data, show third-party advertising, or share your charts or your circle with other users or third parties, except the processors listed below.

We use reputable infrastructure providers to run the service: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Upstash (rate limiting) and Google (sign-in). Each processes data on our behalf under their own security and data-processing terms. Data may be stored on servers outside your country.

We use strictly necessary cookies only: a session cookie for sign-in and a chart cookie holding the birth details you entered (so your chart persists between visits). No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.

Account and circle data are kept while your account is active. You can remove circle charts at any time, and clear your own chart with "Start over". To delete your account and all associated data, email contact@numeranks.com from your registered address; we will delete it within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (and, where applicable, the GDPR), you have the right to access, correct and erase your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to grievance redressal. Exercise these rights via contact@numeranks.com. If you add another person's data to your circle, that person may also exercise these rights over that data, and we will honour verified requests, including deletion.

Numeranks is not directed at children and accounts are limited to users 18+. Do not add a minor's details to your circle without a parent or guardian's consent.
