Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of numeranks.com ("Numeranks", "we", "us"). By creating an account, signing in, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Numeranks computes numerological charts ("Numerographs") from names and dates of birth, across several numerological traditions, and measures similarity between charts. Numerology is an interpretive belief tradition. All content is provided for entertainment, reflection and educational interest only. Nothing on Numeranks is, or should be treated as, medical, legal, financial, psychological, matrimonial or any other kind of professional advice, and nothing on Numeranks is a factual claim about any real person's character, conduct, health, relationships or future.

Sign-in is provided via Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.

You may add a limited number of charts containing another person's name and date of birth. When you add a chart, you represent and warrant that:

• you are lawfully entitled to use that information, and where applicable law requires it, you have that person's consent;
• you add it solely for your personal, private, non-commercial use;
• you will not add information about a minor without a parent or guardian's consent;
• the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Circle charts are private to your account. We do not publish them, share them with other users, or use them to build public profiles. Charts of people other than yourself are displayed as computed numerological values only, without readings, interpretations or predictions. You, not Numeranks, are solely responsible for the data you choose to add and for your use of it. You agree to indemnify and hold Numeranks harmless from any claim arising out of data you add to your account.

Numeranks maintains an internal, curated registry of charts derived from publicly documented birth information, used solely to compute anonymized, aggregate resonance results (for example, "your chart resonates with a renowned sporting figure"). Numeranks does not publish named charts, profiles or readings of public figures, and no feature of the service identifies any individual in the registry. No result implies that any person endorses, uses or is affiliated with Numeranks.

You agree not to:

• use the service to harass, defame, stalk, discriminate against or harm any person, or to make decisions about any person (employment, lending, insurance, tenancy or otherwise);
• publish, screenshot-and-publish, or otherwise disseminate another person's chart in a way that presents numerological content as factual claims about them;
• scrape, harvest, bulk-download or reverse-engineer the service or its data;
• circumvent rate limits, access controls or technical protections;
• use the service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Numeranks name, design, computation engine, scoring methodology and all site content (other than data you supply) are our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or exploit them without written permission.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Numeranks and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for any decision made or action taken in reliance on any content of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (currently zero, as the service is free).

If you believe any content on Numeranks infringes your rights (including personality or privacy rights), contact us at contact@numeranks.com with sufficient detail to identify the content. We review such notices promptly and act in good faith, including removal where appropriate.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified on the site, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may modify or discontinue the service at any time. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your place of residence.
